$799 Website Promotion – Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to Get Found Digitally’s promotional 5-page website package from $799. By accepting the quotation, making payment or instructing us to commence work, you agree to these terms.
What’s Included
The promotional package includes:
- Up to 5 standard website pages
- WordPress website design and development
- Mobile and tablet responsive design
- Standard contact/enquiry form
- Click-to-call functionality
- Basic stock images where required
- Generic website content where required
- Reasonable revisions within the original agreed scope
- Website launch following final client approval
The final page structure will be agreed before development begins.
Promotional Pricing
The advertised price applies to a standard informational website within the package scope.
Additional charges may apply for requirements including:
- Additional pages
- Custom functionality or coding
- Online stores or e-commerce
- Booking systems
- Payment gateways
- Membership systems
- Advanced forms
- Third-party integrations
- Extensive or specialised content
- Additional design or development outside the original brief
- Any additional costs will be discussed before the additional work proceeds.
- Domain registration, hosting, email hosting, premium plugins, paid third-party software and ongoing website maintenance are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
7-Business-Day Turnaround
Standard promotional websites may be completed in as little as 7 business days, subject to receiving all information, content, access and approvals required to complete the project.
The timeframe may be extended where there are delays relating to:
- Client content or information
- Website, domain or hosting access
- Client feedback or approvals
- Additional revision requests
- Changes to the original project scope
- Third-party services or providers
- Projects requiring additional or custom functionality may require a longer development timeframe.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included during the development stage and must remain within the originally agreed website design and project scope.
Substantial changes to the design, layout, functionality, website structure or original brief may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Once the website has been approved and launched, future changes may be considered website maintenance or additional development.
Website Content
Generic website content may be provided as part of the promotional package where required.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all website content before launch, including business details, services, qualifications, prices, licences, claims and other industry-specific information.
Specialised, technical, legal, financial or extensive professional copywriting is not included unless separately agreed.
Images & Client-Supplied Material
Where suitable images aren’t supplied by the client, appropriately licensed stock images may be used.
The client confirms they have permission to use any logos, photographs, text, trademarks or other material supplied to Get Found Digitally.
Custom photography, videography, logo design and specialised graphic design are not included unless specified in the quotation.
Website Hosting, Domain & Email
Hosting, domain registration, business email and ongoing website maintenance are separate services unless expressly included in the quotation.
Where a website is hosted with an external provider, Get Found Digitally cannot guarantee that provider’s uptime, security, backups, performance or server configuration.
Additional work resulting from limitations or technical issues with a third-party hosting provider may be quoted separately.
Third-Party Services
Websites may use third-party platforms and services including WordPress, plugins, Google products, APIs, maps, forms, booking platforms or payment gateways.
The pricing, availability, functionality and policies of third-party providers are outside Get Found Digitally’s control.
Any future work required due to changes made by a third-party provider may incur additional charges.

Your website provides a professional platform to promote your services and support your broader marketing activities.
Website design alone does not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, leads, customers, sales or revenue.
Results may vary depending on competition, industry, location, advertising, SEO, pricing, reputation, market conditions and other factors outside Get Found Digitally’s control.
Google Rankings & SEO
The promotional website package does not include an ongoing SEO campaign, Google Ads management or guaranteed Google rankings unless these services are separately agreed.
Search engines control their own rankings and algorithms. Get Found Digitally cannot guarantee that a website will achieve or maintain any particular search-engine position.
Client Approval
The client will be given the opportunity to review the website before it goes live.
Once approval is provided to launch the website, the website will be considered approved in relation to its design, content and functionality at that time.
This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Website Ownership
Once all agreed project fees have been paid in full, the client owns the custom website content and work specifically created for their project, subject to applicable third-party licences.
WordPress, plugins, themes, stock images, fonts, software and other third-party components remain subject to their respective licensing conditions.
Additional Work
Requests outside the agreed promotional package or original project scope may be quoted separately.
Where reasonably possible, Get Found Digitally will advise the client before commencing additional chargeable work.
Project Delays
Project completion depends on timely communication and cooperation from both parties.
Delays in receiving information, approvals, feedback, content, passwords or access from the client may extend the project completion date.
Cancellation
Where a project is cancelled after work has commenced, Get Found Digitally may charge for work reasonably completed and any third-party expenses already incurred.
Any cancellation or refund will remain subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Promotional Offer
This promotion is subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn for new enquiries at any time.
Any quotation already accepted in writing will remain subject to the pricing and conditions stated in that quotation.
The promotional offer cannot be combined with another discount or promotional offer unless agreed in writing.
Project-Specific Quotation
Where a written quotation or proposal contains project-specific pricing, inclusions, exclusions or conditions, those project-specific terms will apply where they differ from these general promotional terms.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Acceptance
By accepting the quotation, making payment or instructing Get Found Digitally to commence the website project, the client confirms acceptance of the agreed project scope and these promotional terms and conditions
